Your prices are so low, is it true "you only get what you pay for"?
NO!!! not true here. I used to work for another Tint shop before LIFETIME TINT. They used the same computer cut program, the same window film brand and the same installer (me). Everything was exactly the same as LIFETIME TINT and they charged the customer more than twice my price. You save because I cut my overhead costs and profit margin to give you the best deal possible.
Why are your prices so cheap?
We have cut our expenses to provide a low overhead and we buy in large bulks, to get the discounts that we can pass on to you the customer!
Do you take Visa/Mastercard?
No. Unfortunately, we accept Cash Only to cut on unnecessary expense of the credit card processing charges to save you money.
If I bring in 3 cars, can I get a discount?
NO. Everyone pays the same prices. Our prices are already based on volume discount already given to each customer.
Can you match prices?
NO. Our prices are as low as they can possibly be. Be careful if the prices are lower then mines, most likely the tint they are using is not high quality standards. They are probably using generic lower quality tint.
Warranty
How does your 30 days money back guarantee work?
If the workmanship doesn't look professional, I will take off the tint and refund your full money back. (This does not apply if you do not like the Tint or Shade that you originally chose.)
Is there warranty on the tint we carry?
YES. All window tint sold here, have a nationwide lifetime warranty. BE CAREFUL: Don't let other tint shops fool you by offering a (in store) lifetime warranty on generic brands.
What happens if you go out of business, who will warranty the tint?
Nationwide lifetime warranty means if we move or if we go out of business, you can take your car to any Suntek dealer and they will honor the warranty.
Hours and Appointments
Are you open Saturday or Sunday?
No. We are open Mon-Fri 10am-2pm. Closed every national holiday.
Can I make an appointment?
Yes, but you must prepay in person, not over the phone. Otherwise all cars are done in a first come first serve basis. There are limited spots for the day, so come early or else we may not be able to service your car.

Is this a shop or at home?
This is a professional business in a garage shop location. Our address is 647 Tully Road Suite #4 , San Jose , CA 95111 .
Do you tint out doors?
NO. LIFETIME TINT shop's work area is indoors and clean. Tint shops that are outdoors or in parking lots, are a negative since it is critical for a professional to remove all dust and dirt from the windows before applying window film.
How long will it take to window tint my car?
It is best to drop your car off in the morning at 10am and pick it up in the evening. If you prefer to wait, please schedule at least 3 to 4 hours for the window film to be installed.
Do you cut on the car?
NO. LIFETIME TINT uses the computercut technology. The computer programs the cuts based on your car model, so there is no chance of damage your car.
What brand of film do you use?
LIFETIME TINT uses Suntek window film
Is Suntek any good?
Yes. It is top rated, as good as 3M if not better. Most tinters prefer Suntek over 3M.
Do you guys carry any cheaper film?
NO! We only carry high quality window films that carry a lifetime warranty. Sorry, we do not carry three year or generic tint which does not have the lifetime warranty.
Do you carry color or fading light to dark tint?
No. Those film tend not to last long, so we don't carry them. We only carry shades of black.
What shade of black do you carry?
WE have 55%-35%-15%-05%.
Will window tinting damage the defroster lines on the rear window of a vehicle?
Absolutely not. If installed properly, window film will not damage defroster lines.
Do you cut around the 3rd brake light?
NO. If you want the brake light cut out tell us ahead of time.
Do you tint older cars?
No. Our software only has models from 1995 and up.
Do you remove old tint, without hurting the deforster?
Yes. Lifetime Tint uses a steamer to steam off rear window tint.
